I started this blog in part to answer some of the questions I get regularly; “what can I give the kids other than chicken nuggets every night”, and “how do I teach my kids to eat”. With childhood obesity and nutrition issues on our hands, my hope is that this blog goes some way towards helping families put healthy food on the table and teaching their little people the value of good food.

I do include dessert/treat recipes because part of healthy eating is knowing how and when treats are appropriate, (in moderation) however more on that to come.
Here’s to good dinner time conversations!
