A favourite in my house, I often make up a big batch of these, and we eat them tossed through Passata, with wraps, in lunchboxes, even the baby gets a handful.

- 50g Parmesan grated finely
- 1/3 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a large stainless steel bowl.
- Place rounded dessert spoonfuls of mixture on oven tray well spaced (too close together and they will sweat and steam rather than caramelise).

- Bake in oven for 20minutes, until the meatballs are browned and crispy on top, and just cooked through. Too long and they will dry out.
